You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or number) is required


Non-Returnable Pet Products

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization, including:

  • Opened pet food or grooming items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Digital downloads or gift cards


Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?

We take care of every order with love, but if your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.


How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are only refunded if the error was on our end
